1. Do you sell services? Remind your clients to book their next appointment. 

Trigger: It's been over 30 days since you last saw your client.

Action: Send an email to the contact saying, “ÇWe haven't seen you for a while. How about booking another session or discovering what's new? I hope to see you again soon! ”


2. Do you sell a monthly subscription to one of your products or services? Notify them when their subscription is about to expire.

Trigger: Their subscription is less than 10 days away from the end date. 

Action: an email is sent automatically to remind the person to renew. If the renewal is done automatically, it is always better to notify your client as well. You can take the opportunity to inform him of a new product, service or promotion.


3.You vend products on your transactional website and someone left an item in the cart.

Trigger: a person adds a product to their cart, but does not complete the transaction.

Action: Send him a reminder email that an item is in his basket. If the item is also on sale, it may encourage you to buy it. Ask if he wants to complete the transaction. Put the description and/or photo of the item and a button to click to send it to your basket.

Variant: Send him a discount coupon at the same time.

If the review is good, send another email asking them to leave the review on Google and send you the proof in exchange for a gift.

5. Email Customers to Invite Them to Return to Your Store or Website

Trigger: It's been more than 30 days since a customer placed an order

Sample message: 

We haven't seen you for a long time. We often add new products. Come and discover them. 

We then put an action button that leads to the shop
